Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine practice that involves inserting thin, single use, sterile needles into specific points on the body. This practice is based on the concept of balancing the body's vital energy, known as "Qi" or "Chi," which flows through pathways called meridians.
Cupping
Fire cupping, often referred to simply as cupping, is a traditional therapy used in Chinese medicine. It involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. This suction is beneficial with a variety of health issues by promoting blood flow, relieving muscle tension, and enhancing the flow of Qi (energy) in the body.
